1. Bond Agreement:

A refundable bond of $100 is required for all Poms & Paper services offered. The bond will be fully refunded once the goods are returned without damage or once the service has concluded as agreed upon. The paper decorations provided are fragile. While we allow for some minor damage, any significant damage may result in deductions from the bond. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes significant damage.

2. Payment:

Full payment for the requested service is required at least one week prior to the scheduled service date. Failure to make the full payment may result in the cancellation of the service.

4. Service Location:

The location of the service is weather-permitted. In the event of windy or rainy conditions, any garlands must be placed in a sheltered or indoor area to prevent damage.

5. Design Approval:

We will collaborate with you to finalise the design and colours for the requested service through a mockup. Once the design is agreed upon, a mockup will be provided for your approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review the mockup and provide your approval by signing and returning it to us. Colours and design of the actual service may vary from the virtual mockup due to production limitations and other factors. We will strive to maintain the essence of the agreed design as closely as possible.

7. User Responsibilities:

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order or reserving a service through the website and Poms & Paper. You also agree to comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property:

Any content, designs, or materials provided by us via our website or email are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our explicit consent.

9. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website or our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
